This was us 8 years ago… our very first Kolour event…

Most people label you as just another ‘promoter’ or ‘festival organizer’...

But the real truth is that it’s much more than that…

…we have all been there before. Whether it’s having friends over for dinner or throwing a birthday party or a farewell or any gathering... the moment comes and you need to send those invites out.

And you know that this could fail…

Then that little voice in your head, the one that tells you're not worthy, shows up…

“What if it SUCKS?”

“What if no one shows up?”

“What if NO ONE cares?”

…8 years ago my co-founder Vina and I stopped the ‘What If’s’...

And Kolour was born...

That decision changed our lives…

I write to you now having hosted over 60,000 guests… having launched a music festival… which was one of the biggest and most frightening goals I could imagine 8 years ago!

But it all started that one Sunday down by Viva Aviv in 2011…

It was a moment we realized we all need a safe place to escape life’s pressures and connect without judgment or barriers… and Kolour could be that space.

When we think back on our lives, we remember memories as only a very small snippet…

In 8 years the event scene has changed so much in Bangkok… the music has changed… the people have changed… Kolour has changed...

And I couldn’t be more grateful for all the Kolour Kommunity who have supported us through it all!… So here’s to:

…8 years of making lifelong friends

…8 years of connecting on the dancefloor

…8 years of losing yourself in the music

…8 years of breaking boundaries

…8 years of fighting that Monday hangover ;)
